George sent a message to Andrew Wilson CEO, Electronic Arts Inc. – email address that said:
EA has banned my account on Fifa 16 due to "coin purchasing." I am extrememely frustrated that ea has chosen to ban my account without any proof of wrong doing, essentially stealing the $100 i spent on the pre release of this game, a game that doesn't even work as advertised. I want my account back and i want compensation and i will take legal action towards ea in regards to them falsely advertising a game that doesn't work as it was intended (chemistry and player fitness being broken). I hope to hear back from ea soon as so far my exprience with ea has been awful and this will be the last game i purchase from them
