Milton sent a message to Marcelo Claure- the chief executive officer of Sprint Corporation- email address that said:
Mr. Claure,
I'm reaching out to you after trying numerous times to get my issue resolved and every time I end up spending more time on the phone with no resolution. Just this evening I spent 43 minutes and was disconnected. I switched to Sprint after having service with ATT for 11 years. I switched because I wanted to take advantage of the 50% off my monthly service plan and what Sprint has been advertising about the fast LTE as fast as all other providers. I have had service with Sprint for 3 weeks and I am very frustrated and disappointed with the service. I have 5 IPhones in my plan with 30GB with 8 days left on my current cycle and we have only been able to use a little over 6GB because the LTE is super slow so my kids can't use it when not at home. My kids can't load apps or pictures on their Instagram and other apps. I have called several times and reported the very slow data and still the same. I have been told that 2 towers are out but this is now 3 weeks and my family can't use our phones outside our home because Sprints network is very slow. My kids and wife are angry with me as they are not happy with me switching to Sprint. Tonight finally I talked to someone and helped me out but I am concerned that I am paying for service I am not receiving since the fastest speed I get on Sprints network has been at .89MB when I was getting 15MB-25MB with ATT. I was told to turn off the LTE to use 3G and that was a little faster. I will tell you that I used to have Sprint back around 2000 and your customer service has improved as everyone has been nice on the phone and in the store. My problem is that the service is not what I see advertised on tv.
