Mr. Hubert, greetings. I am writing you to tell you about your unsatisfactory online tech team. I keep having to write them and ask for an explanation on why my web password/single sign on will not stay in place. Every time I log on to the site to even pay a bill, view a bill, etc, I have to reset my password. This clearly is not an important problem, since customer service keeps ignoring me and giving me run of the mill explanations..please call etc.. etc. I am in the cyber field and trust me, something is wrong with your site interface. You are definitely loosing money, because of crappy tech team. Well, you are loosing a customer too, because honestly I cant see why I am staying with best buy. I buy stuff from you all for the convenience alone. Since that part is being taken away from me, there is no more incentive.....I get some coupons for not anything of worth..so I have decided that I will be leaving, as soon as I get around to killing my card and unenrolling online. I am just one man, but thank you tech team for really helping you loose. Check my online dialogue with your team and you will see (I was a bit upset) that they really don't know what they are doing, sadly.
