I am writing this email because I am not happy with my Sears refrigerator. The – Edward Lampert email address

Sharyn sent a message to Edward Lampert – Chairman and CEO of Sears Holdings – Email Address that said:

I am writing this email because I am not happy with my Sears refrigerator. The purchase made on 11/28/15 has been fraught with problems from day one.

The first refrigerator was marked so it was replaced. The second was also faulty, but during the delivery, the installers scratched my floor and did not remove any of the packing materials. I issued a complaint was issued , but my claim was denied and the company. that was no surprise to me that they took no responsibility for the floor damage. Not that I expected them to find in my favor. The third refrigerator is now in my kitchen. I am still unhappy with the quality of the doors. In the light it appears that that are swirl marks throughout the finish. I try not to look, but it is hard to miss every morning. I have NEVER used anything but a soft microfiber cloth on it. These swirl patterns have been visible since delivery.

I feel the Sears has let me down and I am looking for some assistance in this matter.
