Good morning Mr. King, I hope this message finds you well. Unfortunately, I have an issue that I'm having difficulty resolving and would like to recruit your help. I have received deplorable customer service on my journey of trying to resolve a billing dispute. This involves a bill for date of service in 2015 which has been paid in full and yet I'm still receiving invoices. This issue is in addition to numerous other issues involving errors and total disregard for the customer at hand. I would appreciate an opportunity to speak with you or your proxy so that we may find a resolution.
