Michael sent a message to Joseph R. Swedish – President and Chief Executive Officer of Anthem, Inc. Email Address that said:
I met my full deductible in February of this year, and yet provider services is still telling providers that I owe a copay.
We met the family out of pocket max earlier this month and provider services is still telling providers that family members owe copays.
My wife and I have spent literally hundreds of hours on the phone attempting to cure. Member services says system is correct, it is a problem in provider services. Member services cannot speak to anyone in provider services. Provider services will not speak to members.
What do we do to cure this problem?
