Hi Mr O’Leary Doubt if this email will even hit your desk, but lets give – Michael OLeary email address

Ursula sent a message to Michael O’Leary – CEO, Ryanair – Email Address that said:

Hi Mr O'Leary.

Doubt if this email will even hit your desk, but lets give it a go!. I have given up with your Customer Service Team, you need to try it some time and see what your customers have to experience!. To cut a long story short, after 5 (long waiting times) phone calls, I have been told 5 different things, each one saying the one before was wrong. I was (now given up), trying to change a business class booking on Friday the 22nd July for my son, to Thursday 21st July (I am booked on this flight), so that he can travel with me, due to certain reasons. Two operators said fine, no charge, as Business Class, but it was not done, last one said they were all wrong and it would be a extra £190 and would not budge, kept tutting at me. I won't even go into the Insurance problem I am experiencing!

Anyway, as I said this probably won't even hit your desk or be ignored like all my other emails to other members of your staff.  requests to phone me since Sunday, have also been ignored. First time flying Ryanair and definitely the last!......

Ursula
