If this is for real.. well hello there Michael. I have been trying to get through to someone re my unused flight to Memmingham last may. This was due to illness and I sent my medical cert to your office as instructed by "live chat" agent. Since then Live Chat is not available, I cannot get answer to phone calls and each email tells me no record of my claim available even though I have a ref: number.
. Flight was funded for my 60th birthday and I would love to use this money to go another time.
