rgood morning ,
this flight was a shambles .late .poor information ,last minute change of gates .
on outward journey similar stampede at boarding as a late change of gates.
also even more annoying i paid for my wife to have priority boarding on both journeys which on both journeys was not adhered to by staff .is thsi a money making racket ??
as far as i am concerned this was unacceptable and a refund of those charges should be made.
it seems the old ryanair attitude and standards is still around.
