Desai sent a message to John A. Bryant – Chairman of the Board of Kellogg Company – Email Address that said:
Respected sir,
I'm dhyan desai residing in india ,am 12 years old and very big fan of your products.
today I'm very much embarrassed and disappointed with your company.
in 2014 March Kellogg's india launched "secret recipie hunt" contest for kids.
I scored the highest points .i dropped my mom and dad vacation plan just to be on the top in the contest.i dedicatedly participated and after finishing of contest awaited for the 1st prize Singapore tour for several days.at last I told mom to contact with the company.
she tried hard writing mails and calls on customer care.she didn't get proper answer and even not able to connect with authorized person for this kind of event.
after some month when she made follow ups we received a courier of small 5 pack of Kellogg worth rs 50 less than a 1 dollar.
I'm so disappointed with my favourite brand which is a start of my breakfast everyday.
I lost my hopes of help so I decided to write to you.
I totally depend on you to intervene in this matter.
with my lots of trust and tears.
im attaching screen shot of scoreboard and sent gift to me.
waiting for ur reply.
thanking you.
desai
