Dear Mr. Schulze, I have recently had a mental health issue and had to contend with the Harvard Pilgrim website. I think you should have 3 people who know nothing about Harvard Pilgrim use the web site - attempting to get a mental health care provider (e.g. Psychologist, Psychiatrist and/ or a Behavioral Health person). They should do this in your office. Imagine that they are having a mental health issue if you can (depression is a good example). I feel fairly confident that all 3 trial users will come upon the same stumbling blocks. People who are having mental health issues are least able to deal with your difficult website. (Outside of children, of course.) If you would like to hear of my experience trying to get a mental health provider, feel free to call me on my landline in Amherst, MA. . Thank you for your time.
