William sent a message to Matthew S. Levatich – President and Chief Executive Officer of Harley-Davidson, Inc. – Email Address that said:
Dear Mr. Levatich, I purchased a 2013 street glide along with HD ESP in August 2013. On May 28 my bike shut down while riding and never started up again. All American Harley Davidson Advised me on June 2 that my bike needs a new motor as something let loose in the motor and caused my crank sensor to be sucked into the motor which caused major damage. ESP says it can be fixed dealer says it cannot. I'm very upset that as of this writing there is no resolution and it's been Six Weeks. I ask that Harley Davidson to get involved for the fact that my bike has 6K Miles and that this problem has never been heard of according according to service manager Royce Holloway. I also contacted your customer service and spoke to Hannah . And was told that it's between the dealership and ESP. Totally unacceptable.
Thanks in Advance
William
