Rose sent a message to Brian C. Cornell Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer, Target Corporation – email address that said:
Hello Mr. Cornell..I just came in from your No. Attleboro,MA store. I went to your Westwood, MA store first for patio chairs. They didn't have them in stock so they called No. Attleboro and gave them the item number and they said they had 2 and said they would not hold them because they were on clearance. We drove there which was a bit of a ride and none of their outdoor furniture was on clearance. The chairs were not there. It took us forever to find someone and they were little to no help. Not a good way to do business. I was sent on a wild goose chase. Not happy at all for wasting my morning.
