Since June 22 I have tried to make my new Citi card work – W Craig Jelinek email address

Rich sent a message to W. Craig Jelinek – President and Chief Executive Officer of Costco Wholesale Corporation email address that said:
Since June 22 I have tried to make my new Citi card work. There is an error inside my card that I can't see. I have emailed Costco at least 4 times. I have talked to Citi twice. (They are rude - sound like old disgruntled AmEx employees.) I have gone to your service desks twice. The above Costco incident number is not available to your phone reps. I am unable to purchase fuel. My blood pressure is elevated. All the years Costco has worked to build customer goodwill has been blown away in my attempt to resolve what was to have been a seamless transition. Obviously not a happy camper. Truthfully - upset. Here I am begging to do business with you. Your own people dont even get it. Promised phone calls never returned. 30 days and no resolution. HELP!!!

P.S. All I am asking is just make the problem go away without bothering me one more time. Look up the stream of emails on this account and still no resolution. This is the kind of service expected from the now defunct Nanos Garage, not Costco. HELP Please
