I had the worst experience in an Embassy Suite I have ever had. I reserved 3 rooms for my family reunion, July 7-10, 2016, Tampa, Fl, Embassy Suite, Westshore Blvd. On line says renovations were complete but they were still very much doing renovations. The dust was awful and me and my 2 granddaughters got sick, elevators were close at one point and we had to use the stairs and my brother fell down the stairs. Check-in was at 3pm and we didn't get our rooms until 6:30pm, the reason they gave was we wanted to be close to each other, which we were not. The first night my toilet make a running water noise ALL night.
