Quentin and Joey refused to provide their names or any tracking information for you to follow up. That in itself makes me very disappointed, reflects lack of ownership or accountability. I called , hopefully with my phone you can follow up.
I'm simply trying to open a new account. When I try to do so, with my email , it says I already have an account. Which if I did, must be more than 10 years ago, and can't remember. It asks me for a phone number, which I give. Then it asks me for address, my address at the time I was living abroad so I was using my father's address, whose address I don't remember.
Point is: I am not trying to access my old account, am just trying to open new one. Service I receive was long hold times between agent to manager . Quentin and Joey both refused to provide tracking number or last names. Pretty disappointed. Giving up.
