I would like to highlight on the unauthorized service from the Service Provider name "Mobitrans - VIP Games " using Singtel as their platform to charge Singtel customer weekly S$10 that reflected on their Monthly Bill statement. Singtel customer didnt even subscribe to the service.
I'm writing this to you because my mother has encounter this unauthorized billing service since April 2016 onward.
This issue have been highlighted and feedback before to the respective department personnel of both Service Providers without action done for the past few months.
