Dear Michael,
I travelled with Ryanair on a return trip from Shannon to Gatwick on 6-11 July. Incidentally, our flights were delayed over an hour each way - but of more pressing concern, I was dismayed to find that our outgoing flight had run out of Prosecco.
When travelling for leisure, I enjoy nothing more than kicking off the holiday with a chilled glass of bubbly. I wonder if you have considered facilitating passengers to pay in advance for food and beverages as an add-on to their booking, in order to guarantee their availability inflight and avoid the crushing disappointment such as I recently experienced. I would certainly avail of this option were it provided.
