Rose sent a message to Kevin Mansell – Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President of Kohl’s Corporation – Email Address that said:
Hello, I am a MVC customer of your fine department store and have been for years. I am beyond frustrated and upset with all your associates (including some at supervisory levels) who promise me they can get me help from the Tech Dept, but no one ever contacts me. The issue is that my emails from Kohl's ceased coming to me months ago. I know I am missing out on many great promotions. Further, I must call each month to get a FREE SHIPPING CODE when placing orders. This is ridiculous. Perhaps I did something at my end to block emails from your company. But, I can't imagine why I would have done so. Anyway, I thought you should know about this situation; I have spent at minimum two hours each month trying to get this resolved. I am done trying at "low levels"; please help me, if you can. Sincerely, Rose
