Sir, I am contacting you because I called your company today to just get pricing I spoke with your supervisor who said his name was Marcus Hopkins, I asked numerous times for just a price for xtrim package and a home phone I was told by him that phone service was avalable in our area which I know is not correct as even Prism tv is able to provide that service and I could not get a price for tv the extrim package from him. I was so frustrated by this that I felt it necessary to write this email. I never have done this and find it very frustrating that I need to take a step this drastic to just get pricing. A friend of mine had suggested that I try using Direct TV because it was so good to him as a first time customer my experience was completely out of the ordinary. I have never been treated in this type of fashion from any service that I have ever tried to obtain. This happened at about 8 pm on 7/19 2016 your service supervisors name was Marcus Hopkins. I would appreciate your listening to the conversation and telling me how this is beneficial to your business. I do now see how it is helpful for me to have to provide more than an address to get pricing on your services. If however you can provide me with an honest reason to provide more I will be happy to do so. I was rude after calling not once not twice not three times but 4 times and I still do not know how much it will cost. Also I was told that the services were available in my area in one of the previous conversations so I know that this individual was not being honest with me. here is my contact info and I hope to hear something from your office to help resolve this issure.

Sir I have had your service in the past I curently owe a bill which will be paid this week. But unless we can resolve the way that I was treated I dont think there is anyway for me to continue service with this company. also I would appreciate just knowing that this is not how your company treats other customers looking to get pricing only.
Thank you for listening to my rant. But I do feel its necessary.
