Samsung India is not providing better service. I am very disappointed with this because samsung is a leading electronics company. I am using Samsung Galaxy J7.On 01/07/16 I gave the mobile for service in samsung service centre .On that day they told if any software complaint means we will deliver it on the same day. If any hardware complaint means it will take upto 5 days sometimes it will take upto 10 days. I think I can get the mobile back with in 10 days so I gave the mobile for service because the complaint is simple when the brightness is low the display will blink I belive that samsung will provide better service. Beacuse I already faced the same problem in micromax mobile in service delay they take upto 3month. So only I change to samsung because I belive samsung company but now I am very disappointed with this. On that same day evening they called me and said the complaint is on display it will take 4 days. And on 04/07/16 they called me and said they didn't get the parts so it will take upto 1 week with in one week we will ready the mobile. But I get the mobile within oneweek and 10 days. So I called them they tell they didn't recevie the parts. After that I called samsung india tollfree number on 12/07/16 for many times but i didn't get any solution on that day. After that I complaint to CEO mail on 13/05/16. On morning I get a call and they said the service centre will open at 10A.M after that we will call them and give you the response. And on the same day evenning they called me and said because of the inavailable of hardware product we are ready for the displacement but it will take 15days. So i ask a alternate mobile they said ok we will arrange a better mobile like J7. But the mobile provided by them is galaxy star a small mobile it is a complaint mobile in this i cannot use many apps and i cannot able to check my mails also. But now my problem is that I am going to move from my hometown by this week but 15 days for the replacement is on next week. Because opf this I cannot able to move fromn here. J7 device is now available in market but a leading electronis complay says that the parts is not available. I am very disppointed by this. And I have see many replays that samsung India is not providing better service. Say them to do the steps fast sir. Because I want to move from here. Now it is almost 20 days over. I beliving that you will take necessary actions
