Ms. Johnson, I wanted to let you know why I am leaving Fidelity and why – Abigail Pierrepont Abby Johnson email address

Rick sent a message to Abigail Johnson – President and Chief Executive Officer of Fidelity Investments and Chairman of Fidelity Worldwide Investment email address that said:

Ms. Johnson,

I wanted to let you know why I am leaving Fidelity and why I'll never come back. Your company has proved to me that you cannot be trusted with my money.

On July 7th I put in an order to buy two CD's. When that didn't happen as scheduled I got a hold of Customer Service and asked why. First of all, when I contacted your company via chat I was hung up on (Chat closed) after I asked If the agent was still there after an extended delay between messages.

Second, when I emailed your company and explained the problem, I was told that I had cancelled the orders, which is not what happened (i.e. I was lied to).

Whatever happened, I have been treated rather poorly by your company and am done doing business with Fidelity.

After receiving such poor customer service from Fidelity, I now wonder what I am doing taking the time to write this email. Your company obviously doesnt give a squat about me.

See ya.
