Took my grandson TO DIA today for a trip he is taking to Japan with his baseball team. It is inexcusable that the computers were down for almost 2 hours. And that they kept failing. His flight to LA was delayed almost 2 hours. There is no excuse for no backup and and quick restart process in this day and age. Your Chief Technology Officer should be fired. It's gross incompetence. Maybe you should hire a couple of people that can actually do the job, probably for less money and get it done so that it doesn't FAIL. Another example of poor corporate hiring practices with zero return on investment of these senior managers that have more in common with Bozo the Clown than competent staff.
