Dear Mr. Dimon,
I think you should know what a lousy admin department you have in your London office. A fool (Doyle) sent me a statement showing that my investments had been reduced to zero.
My immediate response was that a scammer had cleared out my portfolio. A letter of explanation was not included and when I telephoned the girl I spoke to for 12 minutes was not much help. She did say that I would receive a phone call within 24 hours but this did not happen.
I was so disgusted with this very poor level of service that I have now sold all my investments with JPM.
I did complain but the responses from Long and Meadows did not recognize the failure.
I have had admin difficulties with JPM in the past but this time the stupid behaviour of your staff was the final straw.
I am sure you will want to investigate this serious failure and demote those responsible to toilet duties.
