In April 2016, I placed my service on vacation hold and re-started my service upon – Charlie Ergen email address

Sol sent a message to Charlie Ergen – Co-founder, Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Dish Network – Email Address that said:

In April 2016, I placed my service on vacation hold and re-started my service upon my return in the latter part of June 2016. Before I went on vacation the invoice was $60.+ and upon returning Dish started to charge me over $100 +. This is not acceptable and since DISH refuses to return my invoice to the previous level, I will disconnect my service and go to a competitor on or before August 4, 2016. If you value my service then authorize the return to my previous invoice rate of $60.96 or $55.38. I have been a customer for a number of years. Incidentally, I paid the $5. charge while I was traveling.

Sincerely,
Sol
