Good Evening Mr. Travis,
My name is Richard . I am contacting you about store #344889 coated @ 568 Norwich Turnpike in Uncasville, Ct. Several weeks ago I contacted Dunkin Donuts about one of it's employees in that store. He is maybe 30 years old and while at work he told an older woman, about 62-63 years old working there to go F---- herself and I could hear it said. I was told that it was addressed and he was warned. Since then my wife has become friends with the woman and she told us that he now has taken to telling her multiple times that she is to old to be working for Dunkin Donuts and should quit and go be a greeter at Walmart. fact he has said it to her right in front of her granddaughter. He also tries ti intimidate one of the younger girls there named Amanda. This Dunkin Donuts employee is a bully and as I said in my previous complaint he is a sexual harassment risk to your company. I think both of these ladies have a potential to be management material. I have been going to Dunkin Donuts since 1968 or 69 but it sure is sad to go and watch this bully act out his aggression towards people but sneaky enough to tow the line when a manager is around. What happens when he starts his mouth to customers.
It will be ugly if it is my wife he turns his mouth on. I did write to another site about this issue but have gotten no reply from them and maybe I misspoke when I asked for their supervisor's name. If there is anyone that you can have investigate this it may save some problems and some customers. There are other people who have noticed and commented on it.
