Andrew, your company is impossible to contact.
You help / support section does not work, I enter my info and it just spins and spins and never completes.
I have been a customer sing the 1980's, probably having spent thousands of dollars on EA products over the years.
Now, there is not a single phone number that functions for your support anywhere, I cannot login, I cannot contact anyone without logging in, it is an unbelievable nightmare.
I would bet good money you do not have the balls to call me back. I double-dog dare you.
