Mr. Joly I am a best buy customer and I shop at store# 01409 in Menifee Ca. .I just wanted to pass along praise for agent Jason Burch working at that store. He is a very exemplary employee and excels in all customer handling aspects . I am not that sharp in this new computer age but Mr. Burch is very good to answer any question in an understandable and timely manner.
