Mr. Anderson - I am a very frustrated DTE customer.
I have been calling since last Wednesday in regard to constant flickering lights and electrical noises from the wires near our pole.
I have a historic house and am terrified of it catching on fire. My husband is quite ill with Cancer and Crohn's disease and we obviously need our power on and working effectively. In addition, I am a Chef and Cookbook author attempting to work on another book and my eyes are going crazy from the flickering lights.
I have called DTE and put in reports - One of the last agents I spoke to told me to be grateful I have lights at all....
I have expressed my frustration and again just called at 2:20 AM on Monday to report there are now sparks coming from the wires in the woods near the house.
The DTE employee I spoke to said she would correct the order as they said they couldnt get in the drive as there were trees down.....there are no trees down and blocking the driveway -- Fed Ex has been here daily as well as my coming and going from the house to the street....
Can you please DO SOMETHING to correct this situation????
