Jeff sent a message to Akio Toyoda President and CEO, Toyota Motor Corporation – email address that said:
I am not sure who is going to get this e-mail but I want you to be aware that you lost me as a customer. One good customer tells somebody, one bad customer tells everybody. I have owned Toyota's since 1978. Corolla, 6 Camry's, 2 Rav 4 3 Lexus vehicles.
Having a problem with my current car and the lack of concern and care will have me get rid of this car and NEVER buy another ever.
You should be ashamed at your current customer service
