Hello I purchased a 2012 Toyota Tundra in February 2015 I've been having grave difficulty with the vehicle as of late. It's been in the shop a total of 13 times for an accumulated 3 months and 2 weeks and despite your stellar certified used program I'm afraid the issues are un diagnosable and unfixable. I am simply requesting an identical vehicle with the same note and pay off as if these events never occurred. I would not call it robbery if they paid 3 notes for the time the truck was in the shop as I have lost an excess of 10k an more importantly disappointed clients. Thank you for your attention in this matter.
