Hello,
After the recent computer failure I would like to suggest that you revisit your budget to include an upgraded computer system. Surely with the profit margin Southwest has maintained this would not break the bank! Additionally, I am concerned about your policy of not sharing profits with your employees. Better start sharing or you will destroy the culture that has been a built upon cooperation and sharing and keeping morale high. I am hesitant to fly Southwest again as more of these issues will continue to plague the company unless money is spent on upkeep, improvements and in rewarding employees with some sort of profit sharing plan.
