I work for Industrial Source, an Oregon based gas and welding supply company. Last fall your company purchased a number of Air Liquide facilities, including the Tualatin, OR plant. That plant filled a number of cylinders for us including USP N2O and USP CO2. The service we have received has been horrendous. We have serious issues with getting cylinders filled and returned. Were on the brink of losing a large account because of this issue. We have tried everything. Youre our last resort. Could you please ask Les Carr and Mark Lulich to solve this problem?
