Dear Mr. Ghosn, last year I sent an email about my 2005 Nissan Altima floor board rotting out so badly that my foot went through the floor and was told to take it to the Nissan dealer but I will have to pay for it and Nissan may reimburse me for the cost. Really! I am a Military widow and disable and I do not have money like that for something that is caused by your company. Now the worst part of this is just this month July 2016 I almost lost my life because the car stopped while I was driving on the e-way, and it was the grace of God who stopped the car just inches from running into the back of me, so I went on line to read about the recalls on my car and found that there are at lease five recalls on my car. Now Mr. Ghosn if this had happened to your mother, wife, daughter, or even your grandchild tell me how would feel and what would you do? I can not afford this cost so my God told me to send this letter to you, and that you will do the right thing which is to fix all of the recalls on my car or give me another one with everything working as it should! Mr. Ghosn I hope to here from you sir by August 1 2016 on how and what you are going to do about this matter, and then I will go to the media. Now I really like my car and I need it to get to church, the store and the doctor, so if you have a heart which I know you do; then please take care of this Sir because we all know what happened to Toyota CEO. I believe that God gave you this title CEO because of your good heart to do the right thing. I thank you for reading my email and I will be waiting to hear from you.
