Several months ago, I tried to buy 2 IPad Pros for my 2 kids. I tried my order several times, and even had my family members try to order it for me. Finally I called Staples, and was informed by customer service that I could only order one. I had my sister, who lives with me, try to order the 2nd. We never got it. I did get one!!!
Now I. Trying to order headphones for the two kids and have been told by Staples that I am not allowed to order anything online. I have been banned because I fit the stereotype of a reseller. They refuse to tell me what makes me a reseller nor can they prove that I've sold anything!!! How is it the way to treat your customers?
I am appalled that in this day and age, you are allowing your company to discriminate against a single mother trying to order things for her kids at a good deal. We're not all fortunate as you are to have millions in equity, but I do the best I can. This is such a mean spirited thing for your company to do.
