Hey, I am a diamond member. I use my points to go on vacation with my family. I had a reservation for four days in Eugene Oregon, at the Hilton I stay at every year. I came up with 130000 points at the last minute and I tried to apply them to my 4 day reservation. They boosted the rate so high on the other two days, I would have been better off just paying the damn money. I have been diamond since 1997 but you all just made me a marriott member. No one will fix this or cares in the least. You just lost a customer.
