Rakesh sent a message to Satya Prabhakar Founder and CEO, Sulekha.com – email address that said:
Good Day Mr. Satya Prabhakar
My name is Rakesh from Bangalore. I have registered on Sulekha business last year and even on this current year. I am an entertainer performs Mind reading shows for corporates. When I registered last year with Sulekha, they promised me that they can create the keywords for me. They didn't create the keywords for me and I am tired of calling and informing them about this. So last year my registration with sulkeha went with no business. So this year one of your executives called me from Bangalore and promised me that this year they will create the keywords for sure and apologized for the last year and she told that she will make sure that the keywords will be created and business comes to me. After I paid the money, again the same problem like last year, they don't care at all.
Then I contacted the Sulekha office to higher Managers asking my money back for both the years, I have never seen such an irresponsible people working as Managers. I have also informed that before I go to the court with all the emails and phone calls recorded, it is better to give my money which I paid. But they seem to not caring at all.
Finally, before I proceed for any legal actions I thought to mail you and I will wait for your reply.
