Craig sent a message to Joseph H. Boardman – CEO, Amtrak – Email Address that said:
Hi!
My name is Craig, I work for Transport for London and my current role is to provide realtime information to passengers on behalf of London Buses. I'm going on holiday to Portland and then taking the train to San Francisco, I was wandering if I could maybe come and visit you to see how your system works? I'm really keen on public transport and looking forward to taking a trip across the country!
Craig
