Dear Mr. Hayes,I flew on one of your flights from Los Angeles to New – Robin Hayes email address

Ryland sent a message to Robin Hayes – Chief Executive Officer, President and Director of JetBlue Airways Corporation – Email Address that said:

Dear Mr. Hayes,

I flew on one of your flights from Los Angeles to New York for My aunt’s funeral July 27, 2016. While boarding, the flight agent made an announcement the flight was full and if anyone had a carryon bag that would be willing to have their bag checked underneath with normal luggage you would appreciate it. I thought I would help out by checking my carry on below. After they took my carry on, I realized my sweat shirt and medication were on the plane below.

Once I picked up my luggage, I headed home. While unpacking I noticed my Nike shoes were missing, so I called home to see if I left them at home. My girlfriend said they were not there. As I continued to unpack, I was looking for my medication which I placed in my carry on. I called home once again to ask my girlfriend if I left my medication home. She replied no there is nothing here. I’m a diabetic, with high blood pressure, stomach issues, sinus issues, anxiety, prostate, extreme shoulder pain, (thank God I had some of those in my pocket). I reported the missing items to Ms Jo, Ms Amanda, and Jane a supervisor who refused to give me her ID # and extremely rude. I’m in extreme pain and discomfort and would like this situation resolved immediately. I would like for you to understand what it’s like to be without your medication you’ve been on for the last 18 years, going on 5 days. I would like to be compensated for my medication, shoes, and the pain and discomfort I’ve been going through for the last 5 days. Because I live out of state I am not able to refill my medication and would have to pay full retail, the other issue is I am prescribed controlled substances which I can’t refill until I get to my Dr. It took 5 days for your organization to send me a simple claim form with no contact information to send back. I would appreciate a call back  to address this urgent matter.
Sincerley,
Ryland
