I am writing you this e-mail to compliment Mr. Jack Connolly in your Manassas Office.
While I was very frustrated with a complicated situation, Mr. Connolly responded promptly to my crisis by quickly assessing and pin-pointing the issue; he even followed up with a phone call after 5 p.m. to share with me his findings and what actions he planned on taking the next day.
Mr. Connolly truly touched me with his professionalism. I rarely run into a professional like Mr. Connolly who holds the value of servicing customers to his heart.
