Hello. I am a big shopper of GameStop and buy all my games from GameStop. I got the GameStop credit card and purchased items with the card. The company that handles the credit cards, Comenity, I believe is a scam. I am very disappointed in their work ethics. I am 23 years old, trying to pay my own bills. On March 16, 2016, I spoke to a representative who took my payment of 595.00 which would of paid off my card. It shows that it is processed yet I am still getting billed for the same bill. How can this be. Now my account shows delinquent. I am reaching out to you as the CEO in hopes of helping me get my card cleared and wanting you to be aware of this. I reached out to comenity over and over and yet I still get nowhere. Robert
