Normalea sent a message to Thomas M. Rutledge – Chief Executive Officer and President of Charter Communications, Inc. – Email Address that said:
Dear Mr. Rutledge,
I am a customer from the Ft.vWorth area (Azle, Tx). Our cable line to our house fell into the street and across our drive a week ago this past Tuesday. The cable was three feet off the ground and a hazard to traffic. We called the police department off Azle who in turn called the fire department. The fire department hooked the cable temporarily to a phone line with zip ties and also to our fence. Charter was to com out that Wednesday to hook it back up. I missed the call and they never came out. Called Thursday and they said someone would be out Friday between 8am and 8pm. I sat home all day waiting on a call. I never got one. Called Thursday at 7: 45 and was assured somone would be out that night. Nothing. My husband called Saturday and was assured someone would call Sunday by 9: 30 am. Once again nothing. My husband and son finally had to hook the cable to a utility pole to get it out of the driveway and neighbours driveway. Still no call from charter. This is very irritating. I am droping charter tv and going to tiki and sling tv. This not how a billion dollar company should be run.
Sincerely
Norma
