Im hoping you can help with a problem that happen to me regarding a 2013 nissan pathfinder I bought for the purpose of protecting my family. My wife had an accident on July 13, 2016 where she was rear ended from behind by a truck trying to merge onto a highway. The fault was a defect in the acceleration which exist in my year and make of pathfinder which I just was informed about on July 25, 2016. I picked Nissan for design, look, feel and because I wanted my family safe. My path finder is a Wright off, but get told that my wife is partially responsible for the accident. About 18 months ago during a routine maintenance schedule repored this to the dealership that it had happen 2 times, and was told that checks found nothing wrong. Im hoping to appeal to you sir, to help me reading about your great success in turning things around for nissan. And because I read about you and found that in your great endeavors and success have been labelled "Mr. Fix it". I live in calgary, Alberta Canada. Please help me, I have liked Nissan because of my Dad's first Nissan Datsun car and then the first lines of trucks. The pathfinder was perfect for my family.
