Susan sent a message to Robin Hayes – Chief Executive Officer, President and Director of JetBlue Airways Corporation – Email Address that said:
I am flying jet blue to FL for few days and just wanted to take a carry on. Your measurements cannot exceed 22" in height including wheels. Well, try to find a carry on that can fit that criteria. My carry on is 22" but with the wheels, 23". The best that I could do to accommodate that is to go half size for under the seat. I cannot understand why you would do that since the standard for carry on luggage up to now has accepted the 22" without adding the wheels to that measurement. I am relegated to check my carry-on half full and take an under seat bag to fit in the overhead. I have a wedding and cannot afford to have my luggage get lost, reason for wanting to carry on.
So now instead of just one piece of luggage, I have to take two. I WOULD THINK THAT THIS MEASUREMENT SHOULD BE READDRESSED AND MORE ACCOMMODATING. Thank You. Susan
