Dear Abigail , I have been a customer of fidelity for over 40 years and was very aggravated with a flaw in you trading system which caused me to loose $7000 .i made a trade with my Ira account and when I. submitted the trade defaulted to my joint account which caused me to take a loss! How could this happen ? I asked your staff if they could help me and they said it was out of their hands ! Pleas advise Vincent
