Hi dear
I am a customer of Mac restutant for more than 20 years. I have never face such very aggressive employees as I have seen in Mac branch on Istanbul, Turkey. In sultahmet number 15 .
There was unorganized lines for order. Employee shoot at me, humiliated me and my family. Refused to take orders because we ask them to organize the line. The supervisor failed to help me and ask me to leave the restutant without any meal. They were inhuman even they saw my children waiting for the meals.
