I'm going to be sending you an anonymous email from my email account because I can't afford for it not to be anonymous right now. I'm not sure if you can help me in any way, but if you can't, I would appreciate if you could pass my message and email address along to someone who can.
I work at VF JEANSWEAR (Wrangler) based put of Seminole, OK on 3rd floor.
We recently had our company review. I know for a fact that the night shift manager, Peggy, made it to where everyone was too scared to tell the truth. She would search anyone's handwriting to match it to any negative comments and use retaliation. Since she's been promoted to her position, she has fired anyone that she doesn't like. No one can go to her with any sort of issue they're having because if they do, she goes to the person being complained about and tells them who said what and I don't believe that's professional at all. Although that's not my main concern, I believe it's something someone should look into.
My main reason for trying to reach out to someone, is that Peggy promoted Yvonne Patterson to 3rd floor night shift supervisor because they're really good friends. Yvonne is barely even at work and when she is there, she sits in the office all night on her phone while her back up, Cliffton White, has to do all the work of the supervisor even though she's there. I never see her come out of the office and she goes home after 4 hours into her shift. The rest of the 3rd floor workers and I believe her back up supervisor, Cliffton, should be the supervisor instead because he actually listens to us when we have a problem and he tries to help. Yvonne is really mean to us and we've all seen her be mean to Cliffton as well. We've all complained to Peggy about it and she just tells Yvonne what we say and nothing gets done about it except Yvonne is even meaner towards us. What Yvonne and Peggy are doing is a form of bullying and abuse and I'm reaching out to corporate for everyone since Peggy has us so scared to talk to anyone about it. If something isn't done about it soon, I will contact a lawyer about the harassment that these 2 are bestowing upon the place and I don't want to have to do that, but I will as a very last resort. Please get back to me as soon as possible.
