Mr. King, I am writing because I need your help to find someone who can help my family and me. My mother died recently and has a mortgage with you. Atone time, she took out second mortgage in the amount of $4,000. It was paid in full but the proper documents were never sent/filed. In order to see the house we need to get a letter proving that the loan was satisfied. We have been in conversation with various people at BBT for several weeks and no one will take the time to help us. The local reps confirm that the loan has been paid but are apparently not authorized to send the letter to that effect. Please can you refer me to someone who can help us. I am in L.A. and my mother's home is in Virginia Beach. We were supposed to close on the house today but this is holding up and may jeopardize the see of the house. Thank you for any help.
