Mr. Rutledge,
We are new customers to Charter Spectrum and have experiences interruptions in service since signing up. We have had visits from 4 different technicians who acknowledge there is a problem with the lines buried on the street parallel to ours. They acknowledge the problem but do nothing to fix it. When I call customer service to get a status on the repairs, they have no idea what I'm talking about and volunteer to RESET THE CABLE BOX! Really? I work from home and get an interruption in service continually all day linelong. Thats interruption to internet, TV and IP phone. ALL DAY. We pay a significant amount for this terrible service. Who can I talk to at Charter Spectrum that has a clue about getting the lines repaired?

What to we have to do to get some answers on when this issue is will be repaired.

I just got off the phone with customer service AGAIN and they are sending out a technician AGAIN to do the same thing the last 4 technicians have done. Doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results = insanity.
