Hi,
I love Macy's and have been using them for years. I bought my house in 2011 and my mother advised me to use Macy's for all my furniture. I spent a lot of money on two couches for my living room. I couldn't really afford them but I loved them. I was skeptical because they were leather but the salesman convinced me to get them and also get the 7 year protection plan. I never had a problem but all of a sudden the seat started to fade where my husband sits. I called, they sent someone, and I was told it wasn't covered. Ok, I was annoyed but fb is what it is. A few weeks later the motor broke on my couch. They sent someone in mid May and they told me they had to order a part. I now sit with a faded couch that looks like cheap crap that dosent recline in AUGUST. I called Macy's and they told me they can't control when a part gets shipped. I feel like I was scammed. Insurance covers nothing then if they say it does it just never gets repaired. I've been in the retail management world for years and this is just unacceptable. I don't complain but I think this is just ridiculous. I need someone to help me, or give me some answers. I'll never buy from Macy's again and I'll tell all my friends the same. I'm beyond upset with no fix insight.
